  • While the trained, professional doulas found at My Birth Choices each operate under their own business with their own policies, they each commit to three core values of knowledge, honesty, and trust. This means they vow to remain knowledgeable on best practices, they will speak honestly with you as a vital member of your care team, and they trust you & the process of birth. Additionally, each doula attests to a statement of Christian faith, honoring pregnancy and birth as God’s perfect design.

  • Easy-peasy!

    2. The doulas with availability surrounding your estimated due date will reach out within 48 hours.

    3. Choose to correspond via messaging, and/or book a free consultation with one or more Doulas before choosing the doula you want to work with.

      Reminder: each doula operates their own doula practice.

  • Expect to pay between $800 and $2500 depending on your desired level of support.
