Birth in Hospital vs. in Culture...Why Does it Matter for YOU Today?

In today’s post I want to emphasize why it matters FOR YOU that birth rarely exists within our culture today. As a female member of my culture, who also has professional experience as a nurse, doula, midwife's assistant, and as a mother who generally ascribes to choosey-thinking, I would like to share my list of the top five disadvantages that came from moving birth out of culture, to nearly 100% behind closed doors.
